I started in engineering and moved toward the commercial side without leaving the technical one behind. That combination is the whole point. Business cases that ignore architecture do not ship, and architecture that ignores the business case does not get funded.

Most of my work happens where AI meets a regulated balance sheet. Voicebots in a live acquisition funnel. Computer vision in claims. Data platforms that carry real premium volume across European markets.

The pattern is consistent. Find the constraint, then prove the value on something small and real. Scale it with the platform work that constraint demands. I care about what runs in production, not what demos well.
