About
I build systems that survive contact with production.
A decade turning strategy into software that ships, across insurance and consumer tech, mostly under regulation.

I am a computer scientist by training. I spent five years at L'Oréal taking AI out of the lab: computer-vision skin diagnostics, virtual try-on. That work shipped to 42 markets.

Then I moved to insurance, where the stakes are a regulated balance sheet and the tolerance for demos is zero. Three promotions later, I lead the digital platforms behind a €1B portfolio at Allianz Partners.
The work sits between two rooms: the one where architecture gets designed and the one where budgets get approved. Most transformation fails because those rooms do not talk to each other. My job is to be fluent in both.
The method
The method never changes. Find the constraint. Prove the value on something small and real. Scale it with the platform work the constraint demands.
Beyond work
Outside work: sailing, gravel cycling, and too many books on systems, decision-making, and where automation actually pays off.
